Water Chemistry Talk

We were fortunate to have Niall Cook from RHBC joining us for the evening. We had a good attendance. Niall took us through the basics of looking at brewing water chemistry. No deep chemical analysis and too much technical stuff but basics one would need to build up a desired water profile. He also covered the effect of the different brewing salts. It was a very informal event with lots of questions and answers and open discussions.

Thanks Niall for a great discussion. I think all that were there learnt a lot and we hope to follow this up later in the year with another talk.
